Carlotta Sami
Carlotta Sami has worked for more than fifteen years in international relations, Human Rights and humanitarian interventions. She is currently a communications director with the role of spokesman for the South Europe of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR). She then started working in the Palestinian Territories, where she collaborated with numerous Italian and international organizations. She was also involved in organizing humanitarian emergencies, up to 2012, coordinating also the communication.

Silvia Barbaro
She will deliver a speech about the project “Women and Youth for Peace in Tunisia” co-financed from EU Delegation in Tunisia and from Helpcode. The project aims at increasing women and youth’s potential to be both the drivers of positive changes in their community and, at the same time, the main actors of peacebuilding and stability in Tunisia facing radicalization and violent extremism.
